The trip to King Island has been on the drawing board for a while, and we had hoped to do this in our motor home (while we had it.) But that is behind us now and we are reduced to a mere automobile. We did this trip in October 2025, heading first for Mornington in Victoria where we caught up with out travelling pals, John and Anne Mann.

We had a couple of days in the Riverland region, catching up with friends Brenton and Claire at their self-built home at Moorook before making a quick dash to Sydney to meet up with Marchiko and Satoshi from Japan who were in Australia for a few days with their daughter and her young family.
We squeezed all this in in 3 and a half
