Africa has been a passion since I studied African History at ANU in the late 1960s. Gosh that seems such a long time ago!
I never imagined I would actually visit that continent, and I was so very glad when we had some opportunities to volunteer in Tanzania after I retired, and to leverage those trips to visit other parts of Africa.
